karenlanna is an informational website with a hair recommendation quiz. We don't ask you to sign up or log in, and we don't collect your name, email, phone number or any other data that identifies you.

Quiz answers

Your answers are kept in your own browser's session storage (sessionStorage), only so your routine stays available when you reload the page and move between the quiz and the result.

• Your answers are not sent to any server of ours.
• There is no database, backend or API receiving this data.
• The data is erased when you restart the quiz, clear your browser data or close the tab.
• The recommendation is calculated on your own device, from the answers submitted.

When you click an affiliate link, you are taken to the partner store's website, which then follows its own privacy policy and terms. Stores may use their own cookies to record the referral. We have no access to your payment details or to what is in your purchase.

Cookies and audience measurement

This version of the site uses no tracking cookies of its own and no analytics tools. The only cookie stores the language you picked in the language selector, and it is set only when you make that choice. If this changes, this page will be updated before anything is turned on, explaining what data is collected and why.

Language and approximate location

To open the site in your language, we use the country associated with your connection, provided by the hosting service at the time of your visit. It is used only to choose the language: we don't store your IP address and we keep no location. You can change the language at any time with the selector.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel, which may record technical access data (IP address, browser type, date and time) in its server logs, for security and to keep the infrastructure running. These logs are handled by Vercel itself.

Your rights

Since we don't store personal data on servers, there is no account to look up, correct or delete. You control the quiz information directly: restarting the quiz or clearing your browser data removes everything. Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018), you can request information about how data is handled at any time through the contact below.
